2025 Collegiate Chapter Conference Sessions




 

Required Submission Materials:

  • Session title
  • Maximum 100-word abstract
  • Thirty-five word maximum session description.
  • Contact information for one person.
  • Names/degree status of presenters.
  • Faculty advisor name.
  • Equipment needs.
  • Group photo of presenters (color preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 presenters per proposal.

Optional Submission Material

  • 600-word narrative of chapter activities to be considered for the 2025 MTNA Collegiate Chapter of the Year Award.

Deadline: 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time October 2, 2024

  • Submissions are made online using the form below.
  • Materials will be submitted as uploads.
  • Submission contact will be notified of the selection committee’s decisions in December 2024 via email (only 1 contact per submission).
  • Submissions should not be commercial in nature.
